Business Development Specialist (Full-time)

OHB Czechspace is looking for a new colleague to join us as a Business Development Specialist. We are looking for an enthusiastic, independent person who will grow together with us.

Key responsibilities of the Business Development department are to look for business opportunities in the space industry, to map ongoing industrial activities, and to respond to open RFI/RFP calls. The department is also responsible for the manage-ment of customer relations, partners, and other key stakeholders such as ESA technical and contract officers, ministries, and governmental institutions.

Job description:

  • Opportunity pipeline development: identification of emerging opportunities, search for existing opportunities, mapping of funding channels

  • Opportunity management in CRM (Salesforce)

  • Customer and key stakeholder relations management (internal and external)

  • Project early phases execution support and handover (when applicable)

  • Monitoring Invitation to Tenders (ITT) through ESA STAR portal

  • Interaction with OHB sister companies and third-party customers and partners

  • Support of business development activities

We require:

  • 2 years of experience on similar position
  • Good organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail
  • Independence and self-motivation
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
