Job description:
Public Relations and Marketing activities:
-
Formulating Public Relations and Marketing plans and strategies in line with the company's objectives

Building and maintaining positive relationships with interest groups and public
-
Developing and organizing marketing campaigns to strengthen OHB Czechspace's public presence, communicating with media, preparing press articles
-
Managing the company's social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn), monthly planning and preparation of texts for posts, active communication within the network
-
Creation and maintenance of website content
-
Coordination and support of company´s representation at national and international fairs and conferences
Human Resources and Recruitment activities:
-
Supporting a wide range of activities in a human resources field (mainly recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, training & development)

Working closely with HR Generalist to make sure HR operations runs smoothly

Supporting other activities within Finance & Administration department
We require:
-
University degree in Business or Economics, Management, Marketing, Human Resources or related field is a plus
-
Ideally experience in marketing or human resources
-
Organized, people-oriented person with a focus on detail
-
Self-confidence and excellent communication skills
-
Fluency in spoken and written Czech and English
